WELCOME TO THE DETROIT VACANT PROPERTY CAMPAIGN! Vacant and abandoned property can threaten a community’s future, diminish its quality of life, reduce property values, and jeopardize public safety. The Detroit Vacant Property Campaign (DVPC) is developing real solutions to reduce the negative effects of vacant property. By actively building a coalition of community groups, nonprofit organizations, government officials, and business leaders, we are working to enhance the future of Detroit’s neighborhoods.
